Many of you are aware (some may not be) that North Star is a United Methodist Church. This means that we are connected to all the churches that call themselves United Methodist and work together to build the Kingdom of God and make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. We are not alone in our missions and ministry. We are better together. As part of the denomination, we have a greater impact around the world as well as our local community.

On Sunday the 4th, we will have an informational conversation about what it means for us to be United Methodist and how we are part of this connection. We will also discuss the current state of our denomination and what we anticipate the future of the United Methodist Church to be.
