Join Team North Star UMC as we participate from the church parking lot during our first ever virtual Relay For Life event!

Although the teams who usually form around the track will not physically be together, we will still be walking in our own spaces and participating in all of our favorite Relay traditions.

From RFL website http://www.relayforlife.org/KCNorthMO click on “Join This Relay” to register as a member of our North Star UMC team or click on “Donate” to make a donation (search for our North Star UMC team or a North Star UMC team member). Donations can also be made by writing checks to American Cancer Society and submitting to Cathy Plachecki.

A couple of online tools are available to make fundraising easier for team members. A Facebook Fundraiser can be set up ACS 1-2-3 Facebook Fundraising Flyer and a FUNdraising App can be used on your mobile device RFL Mobile App Flyer & Download FUNdraising App.

If you are not able to join us at our camp site in our church parking lot you can still virtually attend our Relay For Life event by liking the RFL Facebook Page and by sending a RSVP to the RFL Facebook Event.  If you do not have access to Facebook you can still see the live stream by clicking the RFL website link in the above paragraph.  Our schedule of events is available at 2020 Event Schedule with activities and ceremonies starting at the top of each hour.
