“Let’s Talk About It” is a joint effort of North Star, Gashland UMC, and First UMC of Excelsior Springs to provide opportunities to gather in welcoming, non-judgmental community to learn, discuss, and develop understanding on a variety of topics through a biblical and theological perspective. Our next topic is “Sexuality & The United Methodist Church” on Saturday, March 7 at 9:00-11:00am at Gashland UMC (7715 N Oak Trafficway / KCMO 64118). Our conversation will be facilitated by pastors Melissa Bailey-Kirk (Gashland UMC), Laura Blevins (First UMC – Excelsior Springs), and Judy Slimmer (North Star). All are welcome.
