FREE: Real Freedom. True Independence. Lasting Hope.

In a culture that celebrates independence, personal rights, and self-expression, it’s easy to assume freedom means living however we want. But while the world defines freedom as the absence of restraint, the Bible teaches that true freedom is found in surrender to Christ. Many of the things we believe will make us free actually leave us enslaved—sin, fear, shame, addiction, comparison, anger, materialism, and the constant pressure to live for ourselves. Jesus came to offer something deeper than political, financial, or personal freedom. He came to set hearts free.

As we approach the Fourth of July, this series will explore the difference between the freedom our culture promises and the freedom Jesus provides. Because a nation can celebrate independence while people still live internally bound. Through Christ, we are set free from sin, free from condemnation, free from fear, and free to live lives of worship, purpose, and love. As John 8:36 declares: “So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.”
